Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are included.
- The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate, hygiene-sensitive, or personal care products (if applicable)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Exchange Policy
If you would like a different size, color, or variant of the same product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:
- A store credit, or
- A refund in accordance with this policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Liko Store will cover the return shipping costs.
- For customer preference returns (such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Store Credit
In certain situations, refunds may be issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases on Liko Store.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
